Sustainable, plant-based products need to be delicious if they are to become the future of food. Our team of award-winning chefs boast international, Michelin-starred experience which offers us a global perspective on product development. Heading up the team is Fenn Foods CEO, Alejandro Cancino, previous Executive Chef at Brisbane’s Urbane restaurant which grew from a two-hatted to a three-hatted venue under his leadership.

We are a team of forward-thinkers here at Fenn Foods and for us, innovation isn’t just a buzz-word, it defines what we do and how we do it. From our office set-up to our pioneering R&D department, we use the latest ideas and technology to lead the way in plant-based meats.

Sustainability

With a goal of having all of our products certified carbon neutral in the next couple of years, sustainability is something we take seriously. Although plant-based foods can already claim to be significantly more environmentally friendly than animal agriculture, we wanted to take the next step in the plant-based food evolution and launched the world’s first carbon neutral, plant-based mince. This ethos extends beyond our products with our team actively creating sustainable processes in every department.
